Please bring in a valid photo ID with you when you visit our stores' for pick up matching to the name of the order or it will not be released.
Cost & timings
Pick-Up is a completely free of charge service!! If the store has got the product in stock, the time for turnaround is 1 hour from the time order is placed.
If the store you intend to pick up from has not got the stock of any product, our team will get the stock transferred from another store or from our distribution centre free of charge to your local store. During the transfer process, it will take approximately 2-3 working days and we will send you confirmation as soon as the order is ready for collection.
Collecting your order
Make sure you have got the confirmation for collection of order via email or text before you make your way to the store.
Please Note: Order Confirmation is not pick up confirmation, we will send you the pick up instructions once the order is processed.
7 Day Right of Exchange:
Customers can return any product for an exchange within 7 days of purchase, provided the product is returned in its original condition with packaging and invoice. However, if you change your mind, we will not be able to offer an exchange.
