How does it work?
At checkout, you get to choose – wait for delivery, or get the FREE ‘Pick Up’ in-store option. If the store has the item in stock, your order will be ready for collection within 30 minutes to 1 hour! Please note "PRIOR ARRANGEMENT IS NEEDED FOR PICK UP" as stock varies by location.
Cost & timings
Pick-Up is completely free of charge! If the store has the product in stock, the turnaround time is 1 hour from when the order is placed.
If the store you intend to pick up from does not have the stock of any product, our team will transfer the stock from another store or from our distribution centre free of charge to your local store. During the transfer process, it will take approximately 2-3 working days, and we will send you confirmation as soon as the order is ready for collection.
Collecting your order
Make sure you have received the confirmation for collection of your order via email or text before making your way to the store.
