If the original address provided by you is incorrect or if the courier is unable to get to the address for any reason, a re-direction fee may apply. How does it work?
At checkout, you get to choose – wait for delivery, or get the FREE ‘Pick Up” in-store' option. If the store has the item in stock, your order will be ready for collection within 30 minutes to 1 hour! Please note "PRIOR ARRANGEMENT IS NEEDED FOR PICK UP" as stock varies to locations.
Cost & timings
Pick-Up is a completely free of charge service!! If the store has got the product in stock, the time for turnaround is 1 hour from the time order is placed.
If the store you intend to pick up from has not got the stock of any product, our team will get the stock transferred from another store or from our distribution centre free of charge to your local store. During the transfer process, it will take approximately 2-3 working days and we will send you confirmation as soon as the order is ready for collection.
Collecting your order
Make sure you have got the confirmation for collection of order via email or text before you make your way to the store.
Please Note: Order Confirmation is not pick up confirmation, we will send you the pick up instructions once the order is processed.
